Lockton Menu Lockton Facilities works in partnership with ISS Facilities Services and hospitality UK to provide these services to you. These services are provided between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Any request for hospitality outside these times should be discussed with the catering team, three days or more before. If there are any requirements you have that are not covered here, then contact us and we will try to deliver it. The hospitality team can organise special events such as canapé and drink receptions. How to order

Take your pick When holding a meeting or event at Lockton, these are all our food and drink options. How it works Decide what you want, fill in the order form and email it to the Catering Manager. They will also be able to help with special menus and answer any questions. Please use the link below to order your catering. Catering Form When ordering Hot food needs to be ordered 48 hours before your meeting or event. Special requests might take longer. Drinks require 24 hours, so speak to the catering manager as early as you can. Costs The requested hospitality will be charged at the costs indicated to your division at the end of the month in which it was requested. Any extra costs, e.g. additional serving staff or overtime for service outside normal hours will be advised to you and added to your recharge.

Special & Larger Events

Market briefings, client briefings, canapés and bowl food parties. We can also cater for special and larger events (typically up to 100 people), but please speak with the catering manager for more information. If any event takes place of an evening it is going to incur a cost, whether it’s a small or large event. Additional serving staff, seating, display furniture, presentation equipment etc. can be discussed and agreed. Each event will be priced suited to your requirement and approval. Additional catering, light and heavy equipment may be required. Please take this into consideration and hence the request for time to agree your requirements. More notice is required on these occasions as additional staff may need to be organised. Please give at least two weeks’ notice. Any additional audio visual support will need to be agreed with technology.

Alternative menus

There are two main groups: • Those who normally eat only plain fruit, vegetables and grilled or poached fish (no monkfish). • Those who follow a traditional Jewish kitchen. If this is the case, we have a kosher supplier who will provide the meal, cutlery, china and glasses. It's important that we don't touch the food at any time, so the guest will expect to unpack his/her own meal. Halal food • In general, Muslims don't eat pork or drink alcohol. They also don't eat lunch during the feast of Ramadan. • Talk to the catering team and they will help you with your requirements. Please allow 48 hours’ notice.

Hindu In general, Hindus do not eat beef or veal. Again, the catering team will help with non-meat or non-dairy or particular health menus. If you are aware of particular menu requirements to meet the need of those consuming, then please do let us know. We can support a wide menu. Again please give 48 hours’ notice. Vegetarian Vegetarians usually eat vegetarian cheese, eggs, butter and milk. They may eat fish. Please check with your guests. Vegan In general, vegans don't eat any animal products including butter, cheese and milk. Diabetics Diabetics have to eat meals at regular intervals. They will eat most things, but please check with them. Gluten free No cereal or grain products. It is best to ask your guest to suggest food, as it can be a very restrictive diet Lactose free No milk products. Allergies Please ask your guests if they have any allergies. All our food may contain nuts
