The numbers of First aiders for our locations is set down below –  Lockton Location First Aid Requirements.  The specific current requirement for each location is set in Appendix  (1)  These may vary from time to time as the numbers of associates or  details of the location change in response to the first aid assessment.  First Aid Assessment  Lockton has made an assessment of the needs for first aid within our  working environment. The record of the assessment is attached to  this document and maybe updated from time to time independent of  the HSP 8 document text.  (a) the nature of the work and workplace hazards and risks;   (b) the nature of the workforce;  (c) the organisations’ history of accidents;   (d) the size of the organisation;  (e) the needs of travelling, remote and lone workers;   (f) work patterns;  (g) the distribution of the workforce;  (h) the remoteness of the site from emergency medical services;   (i)  employees working on shared or multi‐occupied sites;  (j)  annual leave and other absences of first‐aiders and appointed  persons;   (k) first‐aid provision for non‐employees.  Lockton has considered the following factors in the assessment:
