With occasional visits to clients our  associates are required to confirm to standards of the site they are  visiting.  Summary  Base Risk Level 3  Risk Mitigation Actions – Provision of First Aiders and equipment,  compliance with First Aid HSP8.  Reduced Risk Level 1  First Aid risk assessment:  Activity ‐ is the type of work being carried out in the workplace ‐ e.g.:  using a piece of office equipment.   Hazard ‐ is the potential to cause harm ‐ e.g.: injury due to using  faulty equipment.  Control Measures ‐ are the actions taken to prevent or minimise the  risk    Risk Rating ‐ is the likelihood that harm will occur, after the control  measures and / or additional actions have been carried out.
