Lockton is committed to:

 Complying with all relevant environmental legislation and regulatory controls.

 Identifying key environmental impacts and setting subsequent performance improvement objectives with the intention of continuously improving environmental performance.  Undertaking to control the amount of waste produced by the business, maximising the recycling of the waste and reviewing opportunities to reduce the harmful impact of the disposal of the remaining waste.  Reducing the energy the business uses by adopting efficient design and specification and use of our buildings and services within them, including adoption of automated controls in all areas of heating and ventilation and energy management.

 Maximise the use of electronic meeting methods in order to reduce the business travel required to deliver clients the service they require.

 Review periodically Lockton’s performance against this policy.

 Ensure that all Lockton’s Associates, clients and suppliers are aware of this policy and the Company’s commitment to the objectives within it.

 Ensure that all Associates are aware of their part in delivery of these commitments and the provision of information on our environmental issues and objectives throughout Lockton.  Involving suppliers in periodic environmental reviews and control processes and seeking their partnership in development of environmental improvements in the services they provide to Lockton.

Stakeholders

Lockton relies on the skills, abilities and commitments of its Associates in the way that it operates, as well as integrity and common sense. Lockton is committed to its relationships with key stakeholders by:

 treating clients fairly and increase client satisfaction by providing them with quality products and services that are innovative and meet client requirements

 treating suppliers fairly, honestly, and objectively

 creating a culture for Associates based on respect, honesty and fairness

 pursuing strategic objectives, whilst maintaining ethical standards in the forefront of activities; and

 acting ethically with a duty of care within the community and as a responsible corporate citizen in compliance with law and regulation
