(a) the notice they are required to give to terminate their employment with the Company;

(b)

the non-disclosure of confidential information;

(c) their participation in any other business during their employment with the Company.

During any period of shared parental leave an Associate will be entitled to the benefit of any terms and conditions relating to:

(a)

the notice the Company is obliged to give to terminate their employment;

(b)

disciplinary or grievance procedures.

Pension

During an Associate's absence on paid shared parental leave, the Company will continue to make its usual contributions on their behalf into the relevant pension scheme (if they are a member) provided that they continue to make contributions based on the shared parental pay they receive (rather than their normal pay). An Associate's own contributions will be deducted from their shared parental pay and will be based on the amount of shared parental pay that they receive. During any period of unpaid shared parental leave, the Company will not make any payments on an Associate's behalf into the pension scheme. If an Associate returns to work they may elect to pay the pension contributions that they would have paid had they worked during the period of unpaid shared parental leave. The Company will expect an Associate to return to work on the date notified to them by the Company, unless they decide to return early or they decide not to return to work, and they notify the Company in accordance with the requirements of the applicable clause. If an Associate returns to work after a period of up to 26 weeks of shared parental leave they are entitled to return to the same job, on the same terms and conditions of employment as if they had not been absent, unless a redundancy situation has arisen. If such circumstances arise, an Associate will be contacted by the Human Resources Division. If an Associate returns to work after a period of more than 26 weeks of shared parental leave in total, or a period of parental leave in combination with more than four weeks of parental leave (under the Parental Leave section) , an Associate is entitled to return to the same job, on the same terms and conditions as if they had not been absent, unless it is not reasonably practicable for the Company to allow them to do so. In such circumstances, an Associate would be entitled to return to a similar job on terms and conditions which are no less favourable if available, unless a redundancy situation has arisen. If such circumstances arise, an Associate will be contacted by the Human Resources Division and they will advise an Associate of any suitable alternative vacancies. Returning to work

Early return

If an Associate intends to return to work earlier than at the end of their period of shared parental leave, they must give the Human Resources Division 8 weeks' written notice specifying the date of their return.
